Realize your most authentic potential and live an intentional and joyful life
Once you’ve made the decision to stop using substances and change your behaviours, what happens next? How do you build a new life that aligns with your values and intentions?
Life-changing decisions don’t stop with the decision. You need to take the next steps and build on the skills you already have. To live your best life — a life full of joy and meaningful purpose — you need a future-focused, holistic action plan, one that aligns with your own values and meets your specific needs.
But taking those important next steps is scary — and I get that. In addition to being a Certified Professional Life and Recovery Coach and a She Recovers Signature Coach, I am a woman with more than 14 years of experience in recovery. I understand the fears and uncertainties that come with choosing a different way of life, but I also know the joys that await when you find and follow your own pathway.
With support, compassion, and accountability, I provide strengths-based life and recovery coaching to guide women in discovering their own answers, clarifying their own pathways, and igniting their own best lives.
And I can do the same for you.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is not therapy, and coaches do not assess people. Coaching is strengths-based and action-oriented with a focus on the present and the future. The relationship between coach and client is collaborative, with coaches acting in a guiding, not directing, role. Coaches can provide reality checks and serve as a change agent to assist you in identifying and achieving the goals you have chosen for yourself.
Who Recovery Coaching is for:
- You have some experience in recovery and want to leverage your strengths to enhance your most authentic expression and ignite your best life

- You are a family member of someone with substance use/addiction issues
What you can expect from me:
- Safe, comfortable, one-on-one sessions in the privacy of your own home via FaceTime, Skype or telephone
- Support and compassion in helping you discover your own individualized recovery pathway
- Guidance in creating a personalized, holistic action plan with built-in, measurable accountability and check-ins
- Confidential, professional coaching from someone who has the experience you are looking for and truly understands the challenges you face
Why work with me?
In 2004, I started a brand new life in recovery from substance abuse. Although my addiction led me to believe drugs were both the problem and the solution, the reality was, choosing to do something different was the answer. As frightening and painful as it was, my first steps towards recovery would eventually lead me back to the truth of who I am. I could never have imagined in those early days that life would look as amazing as it does today.
As Recovery Coach, I am honoured to draw on my own experience and professional training to help other women discover the joys of living an authentic life in recovery.
